Continuum of Care

Central Baptist Village recognizes that residents have their own, unique journey as changes in health occur.  Responsively, we offer a continuum of care lifestyle enabling residents to have a wide range of their progressive healthcare needs met with our care centered accommodations. We believe that our team approach supports residents and their families through the transitions of aging.

Within our Village, The Commons offers residents apartment-style living with many inclusive conveniences such as casual dining, weekly housekeeping, cable/satellite television service, maintenance support and even internet hook-up.  When needed, residents living in The Commons may receive personalized assistance to help maintain independence beyond what may be possible in one’s own home. In addition to our many amenities, daily life in The Commons goes beyond what is tangible. A sense of belonging naturally evolves with new friendships, social connections and participation in daily programs.  We believe that this unites our residents into the caring community we are today.

The Terrace offers two distinct paths of care. Our early memory-loss continuum begins on the first floor of The Terrace which is thoughtfully designed to promote independence and safety while, at the same time, encouraging a socially-involved lifestyle.  The second floor of The Terrace offers residents, who have an increased need for healthcare monitoring, a path of assisted living that blends privacy and care in a socially-active atmosphere.

And when transitions occur for residents who require nursing services, Central Baptist Village’s continuum of care extends to our Pavilion. Residents with middle-to-late stages of memory loss may benefit from our activity-based programming for dementia care in our Special Care Unit. For traditional long-term nursing care, The Pavilion offers Medicare therapy and rehabilitation services in a comfortable, resident-centered setting.
